My heavy leather boots crunch against the gravel as I make my way toward the packhouse, the cool night air biting at my skin. After the raw, suffocating tension in the car, my nerves are still on edge. I can still feel the phantom heat of her nape beneath my fingers, the way her soft skin trembled under my palm when I forced her to submit. She had actually looked at me with those wide
