The therapy office feels different the fourth time I walk into it, like my body finally believes I can leave whenever I want, like the door isn't a trap. Dr. Sharma greets me with the same calm expression, and I hate that I like her, because liking her means trusting her, and trusting means letting someone see the ugly stuff.
