I adjusted my tie as I walked into the stupid cathedral. It was an errand that I figured I would do for Nash, to flush the vampire venom and witch magic out the little guy’s system. He couldn’t go to a human hospital for this, and he didn’t want to go to ours…. As there really wasn’t anything we could do either.
