There is every possibility Kira will be charged to court for murder. Every evidence including her statement proves that she knows something about what happened to Arthur, and it is either she is the one, or she is protecting whoever did it.

As far as I know, the only person that Kira would want to protect is Agnes, her mother. So there is also a possibility that Agnes is the culprit.
