“No baby, sorry to disappoint.” He says with a smirk, “The thing I wanted to discuss with you was uh, well, Maya’s family would like to meet you and Dad. Her mother was terribly upset that we eloped, she feels she got robbed of seeing her daughter get married with the wedding and the white dress, which is understandable, of course.”
