Chapter 127: New Power

The next time my eyes slowly flutter open, it’s light out. The heat of the sun streams in through the window and warms my bare skin. I stretch out slightly and wince as some of my body screams back at me. As I do, I’m vaguely aware of the limb thrown across my waist.
