Silas walked into the hospital room with a cold expression, glaring at Alistair.

"I warned you to stay away from my wife," he growled.

Alistair was in a bad mood, and Silas's hostility just made him even more irritated.

He forced a smile, about to respond, but Lyra beat him to it.

"He's Helena's driver," Lyra said calmly. "Helena sent him to bring me food. What's the problem?"
