I stood in front of the packs, looking over the training field where all of the wolves had gathered. Kaelen stood close to me, his hand on my lower back as we stood in front of everyone. It was a mix of emotions that were felt throughout the crowd. There was a clear sense of satisfaction that we had been victorious in the battle. And the loss of only eight wolves was significant, considering batt
