Don't Know Why

Mila gave herself a last look in the mirror, smoothing her dress. What was she doing? She bit her lip as thoughts of seeing a married man made her nervous. Should she quit now? But her wolf whined inside. She wanted to meet her mate.

‘Okay!’ Mila breathed. ‘But this would be the last time. tomorrow we are leaving.’

The wolf didn’t even bother to reply as she was already cartwheeling inside.
