Lilith was breathing heavily, looking like she was about to have a panic attack.

“I gave Ronin the antidote because… because…” She hesitated for a while before squeezing out a few words through her clenched teeth, “To prevent potential danger!”

“What potential danger?” Conrad repeated, frowning.

“Like—Elara!”

Lilith suddenly straightened up, a gleam appearing in her eyes as if she had
