I stood my ground, glaring at Nadia and Caden. The sound of Ryker’s heavy and deliberate footsteps came from behind me. He came to stand next to me as I stared at Nadia with seismic shock.

My chest was heaving and my wolf clawing beneath the surface. The air was thick with tension. The way she was talking with Caden was as if she knew him from a long time. And why was she here with him?
