I should have known that my mother was planning something. I shouldn’t have let down my guard and gotten so close to her. I put my life in danger. Not just mine, but Elara’s as well. She pushed me out of the way and saved my life. She shouldn’t have. I would have healed as long as my mother didn't reach my heart with her claws. I have a wolf, but Elara still doesn’t. Why did she do that?
