Her breathing was soft, almost silent, but I heard it. I felt it.

Sienna stood in the center of our penthouse bedroom, blindfolded, her small hands fisting the hem of her dress. The soft light bathed her skin in a golden hue, making her look like something out of a dream. Or a fantasy I was seconds away from claiming.

She was trembling, but not from fear. No, this was something else.
