Jace insisted on taking me to his favorite restaurant for lunch, and despite my initial reluctance, I didn’t regret it.

The food was incredible, so good that I ended up eating more than I should. As we step into the office lobby, I let out a contented sigh, feeling uncomfortably full.

"I doubt I’ll get anything done for the rest of the day," I mutter to Jace. "All I want is to take a nap."
